For the film industry, the Sankranti and Pongal festivals are always special. This holiday season, audiences will have the opportunity to see a wide range of Bollywood, Hollywood, Tollywood, and Kollywood films on the big screen.

1. KUTTEY
The movie "Kuttey" is scheduled to come out on January 13. Arjun Kapoor, Tabu, Naseeruddin Shah, Konkona Sen Sharma, Radhika Madan, and Kumud Mishra all play important roles in the film, which is directed by Luv Ranjan of Pyaar ka Punchnaama fame.

3. VEERA SIMHA REDDY
Gopichand Malineni directs Nandamuri Balakrishna's long-awaited Veera Simha Reddy, God of the Masses. Naveen Yemeni and Y Ravi Shankar produce it under the Mythri Movie Makers banner. Additionally, the primary characters are Honey Rose, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Shruti Haasan.

4. WALTAIR VEERAYYA
The Telugu film Waltair Veerayya is set to hit theaters on January 13, 2023. The main characters in the movie are Ravi Teja, Catherine Trese, Chiranjeevi, and Shruti Haasan.

5. THUNIVU
Thunivu is a Tamil film directed by H Vinoth and starring Thala Ajith. On Pongal, Varisu vs. Thunivu Clash 2023 will leave an impression on the business. Movie produced by Bayview Projects LLP and Zee Studios and backed by Boney Kapoor. Red Giant Films will distribute it. The box office success of Ajith's last film, Valimai, is expected to continue.
In just four days, more than 1.6 million people have viewed the lyrics to the Chilla Chilla song. It will be shown on television during Pongal.
6. PLANE
"Plane," an action thriller with a $50 million budget that was shot in Puerto Rico and will be acquired by Lionsgate in 2021, is an action thriller. The plane tells the story of a pilot who survives an emergency landing in dangerous territory.
Plane, starring Gerard Butler, is scheduled to come out in the United States on January 13, 2023, but it will only be available in English in Indian theaters on January 27.
7. HOUSE PARTY
House Party is a comedy film produced by Maverick Carter and LeBron James and distributed by New Line Cinema and SpringHill Company. The film was directed by Calmatic. The main characters are DC Young Dly, Jacob Latimore, Tosin Cole, Karen Obilorn, and Jacob Latimore.
Scheduled for January 13, while the India release has not yet been announced.
8. MISSION MAJNU
Shantanu Bagchi's Mission Majnu won't be shown in theaters; instead, it will be shown for the first time online. On January 20, 2023, it will be available for direct streaming on Netflix.
Ronnie Screwvala, Amar Butala, and Garima Mehta, along with RSVP Movies, Guilty By Association, and Media LLP, produced the film, which stars Sidharth Malhotra and Rashmika Mandanna as the main characters.
